Since each phone case is uniquely customized with your chosen design and for your specific phone model, orders typically require 3-5 business days for production before they are shipped. This production time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your custom phone cases. Standard shipping times within India are generally 5-7 business days after the production period. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

You will receive a tracking number via email (if an email address is provided and operational with our system) once your order has been shipped. Please note that we currently only ship within India.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the prevailing courier rates. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be indicated on our website.

4. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Overpowered Bazaar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

While we strive to meet our estimated production and shipping timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays.
