Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Custom Products

Each phone case is individually created based on the phone model you select and the design you either upload or generate using our AI tools. Because these items are personalized for you, they cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, all sales are final.

We strongly advise you to double-check your phone model selection and review your design carefully before placing an order.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our no-return policy is if the product you receive is:

  • Damaged during transit.
  • Has a significant manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, incorrect case model sent despite correct order).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at helperbcs@gmail.com or on our Instagram page@overpoweredbazaar. You must include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the damage or defect.
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged/defective product and the packaging (if damaged in transit).

We will review your claim and, if approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item or a refund at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item at our expense.

3. Order Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products and our aim to process orders quickly, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered the production phase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at helperbcs@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled.

4. Issues with AI-Generated or Uploaded Designs

While our AI tools strive for accuracy in fitting designs, slight variations can occur. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with the aesthetic outcome of an AI-generated design if the generation was based on the prompt provided, or for issues related to the quality (e.g., resolution, clarity) of user-uploaded images if they were low quality at the source. Please ensure your uploaded images are of high resolution for the best results.
